Refund policy

Blue Willow Boutique will accept returns for exchange or store credit within 14 days. All items must be unworn, have original tags attached, and returned in original packaging.

Jewelry and accessories are final sale.

Clearance items are always FINAL SALE!

Items that smell like smoke, pets, etc.  cannot be returned.
